I loved the peaceful rest we had before our early hospital appointment and the cozy queen room was perfect for our family, but the breakfast was unfortunately inaccessible due to our early checkout.

Hot pool, cool staff!
The hotel was conveniently located just off the QEW. The breakfast was so nice with a wide variety and the staff was attentive and friendly.
There were issues with noise from the freeway, particularly in rooms facing the front. Some maintenance concerns, like the noisy air-conditioner and uncomfortable bed springs, detracted from the overall experience.

The front desk staff refused to acknowledge my cash deposit, as if I were begging on the street. I also couldn't believe the hot tub was broken, obviously a highlight . Absolutely absurd that I wasn't given a complimentary drink for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

Every detail was good and I liked it. The room was huge and carpeted with jacuzzi bath, iron, as example and the overall experience was really amazing. The location was marvellous and best possible - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

The pool and whirpool were excellent! The water was nice and warm and it was a relaxing atmosphere in there. The breakfast was delicious! The variety was great and all the food was fresh! Thanks for a great stay!
The hotel is located too close to the highway. Not being from the city the traffic noise kept me awake at night.

great room but noisy surroundings
The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable king bed for a restful night. Breakfast options were extensive, especially the good fresh fruit and pastries. Staff were attentive, packing us some muffins when they learned about our early plans. The multi-faucet shower setup was a unique touch that I appreciated greatly.
Noise from the nearby freeway was a distraction, impacting my overall experience.

Clean, attractive hotel in a location near Toronto and close to the train station. Reasonably priced. Staff was quite helpful.
Had a room facing the qew and could hear the road noise. Could also hear neighbors in the adjacent room.

The AC unit was noisy. There were issues with the bathroom faucet leaking, impacting the overall comfort. The breakfast options became repetitive, lacking variety in hot food choices, which could be improved.

One room of two reserved had not yet been cleaned when the group was checking in and required an alternate assignment. Slow check out. needed an extra person at the front desk
